Inaugural National Volunteer Conference - Save the Date!
Email below from Helena Russo Warwickshire's Badminton England Relationship Manager
I hope this finds you well and you’ve had a good week. We have exciting news coming for 2019, as we are launching our first ever National Volunteer Conference, on Saturday 9th March! The conference will be open to all volunteers from all roles and experience levels at club and county level, as well as aiming to inspire brand new volunteers who are interested in helping their local community to find out more.
Delegates will have an opportunity to hear from industry experts, Badminton England staff and volunteers covering a range of topics such as skills development, conflict resolution, marketing skills and change management. We will also celebrate success from across the volunteer workforce nationally. Volunteers are crucial to our sport and we really couldn’t deliver our sport without them, and so this conference will enable Badminton England to deliver our purpose of supporting them to have the best experience possible whilst volunteering.
